----------------------------------------------------------
EDITED Feb, 2009:
Ok, back on track! Very Happy
Download below 8)

The "new" model pack has 134 models, some weren't in the other pack, but the rest are UPDATED. I highly recommend overwriting them with the ones in this pack if you installed the other pack.

The models in the other pack "moon-walked." It means they would display the walking/running forward animation when you moved backward. I guess it's a minor issue, but it really bugged me and I HAD to fix them... ALL! ;)

ALSO: I removed a LOT of models that were part of other packs, very buggy or just didn't really work good (ex: original Selene - has cape issue; also, Selene was released in a small add-on pack on the main SC site... which, coincidentally has the same cape issues Razz ).

End of EDIT
----------------------------------------------------------

This is sort of a WIP (Work-In-Progress), so I really haven't "officially" released it yet. I think it gets boring seeing the same models that were released with 4.0b all the time, so I decided to give you guys first crack at a little variety! Very Happy

I spent a LOT of time converting a bunch of models. I started out with about 220 or so and ended up with about 188 after weeding out the ones that broke in the process or were poorly made to begin with. There are some unique ones that I left in that have some bugs; for example: Spongebob's arms still clip badly; Handysmurf's legs sink into the ground when crouched - I just couldn't delete these little guys.

Just a note: I am NOT the original creator of any of these models. However, I may have reskinned a few and adjusted some things that were causing noticeable issues...

EDIT2: [Mar 20th, 2009] Filefront messed up my files and I had the wrong file linked for about a week. If you downloaded this pack within this time, you'll need to redownload and overwrite. I apologize for the mess-up.

BTW, If I had your model before, it's included Wink

Oh, and one more thing - if you don't have it already, you'll need 7-zip to uncompress the file. It's freeware and you can find it HERE.

Thanks, helank! Smile

As a side note: I tried to fix the Selene/Suzy models (the new animations causes the coat-tail to stay straight down during most animations and looks terrible) and I quickly realized I'm TERRIBLE at editing animations - which would require editing 100's of individual frames (PROPERLY) to make it look right. So.... the easy approach (for me) is to remove the coat-tail thing all together. This is the result:

And just to clarify, I'm not the original creator of these models, I'm just trying to convert them to 4.0b... and make things work nicely Very Happy

By the way, I was able to keep the eye-blink animation ;)

Bump! See 1st post Very Happy

BTW - if I missed anything, or you have a model that you want me to convert, shoot me a PM or post here - as long as it doesn't have a lot of custom bones (like 20 arms or something Laughing ), I'd be more than happy to give it a shot!
